WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will work on high-end Porsche projects and oversee vehicles from concept to delivery.

YOUR ROLE
You will lead the workshop and take responsibility for demanding vehicle projects with a clear focus on Porsche 911 and backdating.
From the first client conversation to final delivery, you act as the central link between customer, team, and execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage Porsche 911 and backdating projects
- Plan and organise daily work within the team
- Oversee material sourcing and parts management
- Structure and optimise workshop processes
- Manage direct client communication, consulting, and negotiations
- Guide projects from initial intake to final delivery
- Ensure quality control and final inspection
- Actively contribute to vehicle builds
- Support sales and client consulting
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as an automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician
- Mandatory experience with Porsche 911 and or backdating
- Several years of experience with project responsibility
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Independent, structured, and solution oriented way of working
- Confident and professional in dealing with demanding clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility
- Driving licence category B, category C is an advantage
- Ideally between 30 and 45 years old
